Pet Policy

  • $25 Monthly Pet Rent
  • $150 Refundable Pet Deposit
  • $150 Nonrefundable Pet Fee
  • No Weight Limit
  • Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bull Terriers, Akitas, Huskies, Boxers, and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds.
  • Any animal deemed by the management team to be potentially harmful to the health or safety of others (e.g., attack dogs or fight-trained dogs) will not be approved.
